I wanted to send everyone an email to give them an update on things that are happening in Florida and How it affects your home here.
Covid is on the rise, and we are taking every precaution possible on our end. It is not an easy situation as we are juggling schedules when staff report that they are not feeling well as they are required to stay home and get tested prior to coming back to work to ensure the safety of our staff and our clients. This creates quite the scheduling nightmare, but we are working through it every day and appreciate everyone’ patience. This has affected getting work completed by subcontractors as they are running into the same issues and are not as prompt as we would like them to be as they have been in the past due to the circumstances. We will continue to update you. Please remember if you want to have your house electrostatically sprayed prior to you arriving we have the equipment to perform this work. It is the same type of sprayer used in hospitals and airplanes.
Hurricanes and Tracking the Tropics– We continually are tracking the tropics. At this time there is a disturbance Cyclone Six that will affect our area this upcoming weekend. The National Weather Center is only predicting rains and minor winds so there is no action being taken on our part. We are now entering the peak of hurricane season. If there are storms coming our way, we will be updating you but in case you do not see an email from us please check our website as we continually provide updates and communication to keep our clients in the know when a storm is coming our way. go to www.homecarepro.com for this information
Arrivals– It is hard to believe that Labor Day is only 3 1/2 weeks away. We know plans are up in the air due to everything going on but once you do know your arrival date, we would appreciate you giving us as much notice as possible, so we have time to prepare your home properly for your arrival. Due to all the labor issues that all companies are dealing with we need to be able to schedule accordingly and last-minute requests will be tougher to accommodate. The more notice you give us the better for you as well as us in preparing your home
