PALM BEACH FLORIDA, FL – August 24, 2009 – Gardens Home Management Services (GHMS), a full-service home management company serving the Palm Beach region of south Florida, recently announced the expansion of its management team to include Deborah K. Weinman, Esq. Weinman will be joining the company as Business Development Director.

Deborah comes to GHMS from Archstone, a joint venture of Tishman Speyer Properties and Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc., where she was the Director of Mixed-Use Development and was tasked with creating a vast network of business and government contacts to expand an existing pipeline of ground up mixed-use development deals for one of the largest privately held real estate companies in the industry. Deborah received her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and is admitted to practice in Maryland and The District of Columbia.
