Homewatch involves more than just walking into your home & checking around. If we come across a problem during our inspection, we are communicating with you, the homeowner, as well as contacting the necessary contractors to resolve any issues found. We provide an excellent homewatch & reporting system.
In order to ensure that all of your needs are met, we have had an increase in our operational costs which involves increases in our technology, our insurance and ensuring we have the proper personnel inspecting your home. Therefore we have had to increase our homewatch pricing in order to keep up with the changing times.
