With colder temperatures expected this weekend, I wanted to personally reach out and address a few common questions we’ve been getting.
First, there is no need to worry about pipes freezing. The temperatures we’re expecting in Florida are not a concern for your plumbing system, and no special action is required on your part.
Additionally, if you choose to turn on your heat and it hasn’t been used in quite some time, you may notice a smell similar to something burning. This is completely normal and simply dust burning off the heating coils. The smell should go away shortly and is not a cause for concern.
