October 12, 2009 – Gardens Home Management Services (GHMS), a full-service home management company serving the Palm Beach and Boca regions of South Florida, recently announced it has expanded services to include commercial management.
Utilizing more than 60 contractors who are licensed, bonded and insured, GHMS offers clients a variety of services to suit all lifestyles. In addition to serving private residences, the company will now service commercial properties including, but not limited to, homeowners associations, condominium common grounds and commercial buildings. GHMS currently services homes in communities in Palm Beach Gardens including: Ballen Isles, Frenchman’s Reserve, Ibis, Frenchman’s Creek, Admirals Cove, Jonathan’s Landing, Mirasol, Old Palm, Old Marsh and Jupiter Yacht Club.
