A note on homewatch pricing
We have worked hard to avoid any pricing changes, however continued increases in fuel, insurance, and labor costs, along with broader economic conditions, require us to implement a nominal adjustment to our Homewatch pricing, effective June 1st. Our commitment to delivering reliable, high quality service remains unchanged, and we appreciate your continued trust and understanding.

2026 Hurricane Season Forecast
The Atlantic hurricane season begins June 1, and early forecasts suggest a near- to slightly below-average season, with about 11–16 named storms, 4–7 hurricanes, and 2–4 major hurricanes.
Even with fewer storms expected, Florida remains at risk, and it only takes one storm to make it an active season for us. NOAA continues to stress the importance of preparing early and staying informed.
