Happy 4th of July!

I wanted to take this time to wish everyone a Happy Independence Day commemorating the Declaration of Independence and the birth of the United States of America as an independent nation on July 4, 1776.

I hope you are enjoying your summer and are spending time with your families and friends enjoying the cooler weather as we are experiencing an extremely hot summer here in South Florida.. It has been hotter than usual and May was actually the hottest month on record since they started tracking temperatures.

We have been busy organizing and preparing ourselves should a storm come our direction. Planning and strategizing is as important as the physical act of closing your home so we can efficiently ensure all homes are closed properly. We are ready should a storm hit our area. My philosophy is to prepare for the worst and hope for the best so we are prepared to secure your home if a storm hits our area.

You should be receiving your home watch reports and if for any reason you are not, please contact the office. Also if there are any special requests you have for you home please, do not hesitate to ask us so we can assist you. Many of our homeowners are having us complete summer projects for them like installing summer kitchens, repainting, installing new fixtures and much more. If there is a project you would like completed, please contact our office to discuss as we would be happy to prepare a quote for you.
